Description
The Services relates to the Architect who will lead and coordinate all architectural processes to ensure the timely submission of a detailed reserved matter application that is in accordance with the Development Plan. This parcel currently known as Quobleigh Breach comprises approximately 275 new mixed tenure homes and conversion of Fir Tree farmhouse in to a non-residential use and the introduction of supporting non-residential uses adjacent to Fir Tree farmhouse, all as set out in the Invitation to Tender.
