Description

The United Kingdom Strategic Command Joint Warfare Innovation Hub (jHub) seeks a next-generation deployable cyber threat hunting hardware kit with typical Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) capabilities that will enable personnel to conduct cyber threat hunt tasks on Ministry of Defence and international or domestic partner networks in order to discover Advanced Persistent Threats (APT), and analyse Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP) in use.
The hardware kit should be transportable by no more than 8 personnel worldwide. The hardware must be capable of standalone operation in environments devoid of internet connectivity. The hardware kit must also be capable of performing all hunt operation activities without requiring additional processing or storage resources from a partner nation's on-site infrastructure or cloud. Furthermore, the hardware kit must be transportable as carry-on luggage on international commercial airlines in accordance with International Air Transport Association (IATA) standards, and be compatible with the limited wattage and poorly conditioned power available in developing nations.
