Description

Term contract for gas servicing, responsive repairs, installations and planned maintenance to gas and heating installations to individual and communal residential properties. This procurement is divided into two lots: Lot 1 : Domestic Gas Services; and Lot 2: Commercial Gas Services. Bidders may submit tenders for either or both Lots but may be awarded a maximum of one Lot only. This contract will be for an initial duration of three years with the option on the part of the contracting authority to extend for further period(s) of up to two years in total.
