Description
Halton Borough Council is responsible for the commissioning of Substance Misuse Services for the residents of Halton.
Halton Borough Council would like to invite tenders for the provision of a specialist community drugs and alcohol service for adults which will focus upon prevention, treatment and recovery.
Organisations should be suitably qualified and experienced in the provision of providing substance misuse services and able to demonstrate they are capable of meeting the service specification. Organisations will also need to demonstrate how they can meet and exceed the quality standards set by the Council.
It is proposed that the Contract will commence on 1st April 2016, and will run for a period of five (5) years.
TUPE will apply to this service.
