Description
[This is an existing opportunity posted on TED] This framework MW20 consists of a single lot - England - and is suited to principal contractors with national scale and multi-discipline capability. Regional contractors are encouraged to apply instead for framework MW21 which is split into regional lots. In creating two separate frameworks we have sought to support government guidelines regarding unfair competition by avoiding pitching suppliers of unequal scale and resource against one another.
This framework is for contracting authorities across England to call off both single and multi-site minor works projects in relation to the planned and responsive repair, maintenance and improvement of both housing and non-housing property. It will suit Buyers who appreciate the continuity of a working relationship with a principal contractor to manage both one-off projects and term contracts irrespective of scale, complexity or geograhic spread.
Please note, a Contract Notice for this opportunity was published on TED on 16/10/20, further to a PIN published on 16/09/20, both publications generating significant requests for information. Moreover the ITT documentation is deliberately concise, so that bid preparation is minimised to hours, not days or weeks, and consequently applicants responding to this notice will not be disadvantaged by the reduced time to submit a bid.
Please direct all communication to B2G, who are tendering and managing this framework on behalf of Gold Hill Housing Association. For more information and/or a copy of the ITT please contact tenders@b2g.services.
