Works for a new library in Surrey. Scope includes the fit out of a shell and core unit in Horley, approx. 500sqm. Works generally include new partitions and all associated elements, WCs, staff areas, new meeting rooms and public areas, external doors and shop front glazing, floors and ceilings. Furniture fit out for the front of house library space will be carried out by a specialist on completion of the main work.
