Description
CSNPC are seeking interest in regard to the following project.
Supply, Installation, Maintenance & Management of EV Charging Points at the Moredon Sporting Hub.
To reinforce the Parish Councils Environment Policy and to provide enhanced facilities at the Moredon Sporting Hub, We are now looking to install new parking & infrastructure for electric vehicles.
The current ongoing works look to install 5 x EV charging columns, with the potential to install an additional 5 columns.
The electrical contractor may provide costs for;
a. Supplying power too and maintain 5x existing charging units, & install, supply power too and maintain up to 5x further units.
b. Installing, supplying power and maintaining up to 10x new charging units.
The car charging units shall be fed from a local feeder pillar unit installed adjacent to the car charging bays fed from the main panel board with surge protection installed. Car chargers to be pole mounted complete with barrier protection to avoid damage from parking cars. The electric car charging units shall be capable of carrying out a rapid charge
of the electric vehicles whilst the car owners are using the facility.
All required control, communication and power cabling to the car charging units shall be routed through
segregated ducts within the car park area. Units shall be capable of RFID Identification, anti-vandal & have GPRS Communication
Units to be INCH Duo 22kW Three Phase Chargers
All power supplies to all equipment and rooms must be transposed onto working drawings by the Successful Electrical Contractor prior to their commencement on site.
The Parish Councils' preference is for a shared profit arrangement to offset infrastructure capital costs.
