Description

East Lindsey District Council, Boston Borough Council and South Holland District Council are seeking a supplier for all reactive and planned maintenance of commercial gas appliances within the SELCP area. The works to be undertaken within the scope of this contract will be in accordance with the Specification and as set out in the Schedule of Rates appended. Works shall include responsive repair, servicing and annual maintenance works associated with the Council's stock of commercial gas installations and appliances. As well as repair and maintenance of various cold and hot water installations, boiler replacement and associated heating and mechanical services. Suppliers will also be required to provide a 24 hour/seven days of the week emergency 'out of hours' service in connection with the schedule of assets.
