Additional text

PCR 2025, Reg 72. The total contract value to increase by circa 20% or from TCV original value £509,919 increase to £614,469 (Excl. VAT). Discovery phase has ascertained further work activities are necessary to complete the project and the contract cost increase is required. If NHSBT do not engage with supplier for the additional work - the project to migrate the CNI will not be possible and the ability to continue to run an organ matching service for the UK will be put severely at risk.
(i) The modification came about by circumstances NHSBT could not have foreseen.
(ii) the modification does not change the overall nature of the contract.
(iii) The price increase is under 50%, at 20%, of the original total contract value.
