Description

The Purchaser is inviting tenders on the terms set out in this ITT for the conversion of part of the existing A Floor, and B Floor in the Round House into a larger Confucius Centre.
The location of the site is Bailrigg Campus, Lancaster, LA1 4YW. This tender is not lotted. One contractor will be
awarded the full package of work and must be fully available to mobilise so as to
commence work on site on 08.09.17
The University will host an accompanied site
visit 24.07.17 commencing 11.15a.m.
