Description

NHS Devon (The Commissioner) commissioned a provider to complete Group Consultations (GC) in the Devon locality over several Primary Care delivery sites (Practices within a PCN) and Outpatient teams within secondary care delivery.

The pilot will consider remote, face-to-face, and hybrid options for
implementation, with pilot providers determining which is most appropriate for their service and patients.
