Description

Nottinghamshire County Council (the "Council") is seeking to establish a Dynamic Provider List, using a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), of suitably experienced organisations able to provide Domestic Abuse Safe Accommodation Support Services in Nottinghamshire (excluding Nottingham City).
Domestic Abuse Safe Accommodation Support Services provide support to adults and children seeking safe accommodation as a result of experiencing/ fleeing from domestic abuse. This includes male survivors as well as female.
All services procured under this DPS will have a common aim to provide comprehensive specialist support services for survivors of domestic abuse and their children residing in domestic abuse safe accommodation. In particular the Services will:
• Ensure the highest degree of safety and security for survivors residing in the accommodation
• Assess and offer individual support to survivors to meet their needs and aid their recovery
• Support survivors to access other services to meet their physical and mental health needs
• Support and encourage survivors to make independent decisions about their lives
• Be responsive to the needs of children and young people, ensuring they receive the right support to deal with the trauma they have endured
To be included on the DPS organisations must have a minimum of three years' experience of delivering specialist support services for survivors of domestic abuse.
The DPS will operate electronically via the Pro-Contract procurement portal www.eastmidstenders.org
The DPS will operate for a period of 10 years.
