Central Bedfordshire Council (CBC) is considering its strategic approach to the provision of arts and cultural services and wants to be able to deliver a sustainable, high quality arts and cultural offer through its services and facilities. As part of this process we are seeking a consultant to review the Grove Theatre, Dunstable and provide recommendations for how a new management contract can deliver improved arts and cultural provision, with outcomes for children, young people and families as a priority area within the broader offer.
