In order to perform the responsibility of arranging for the disposal of Asbestos, the Council wishes to establish an Approved List for the short term capacity at facilities to receive Asbestos for disposal. The services to be procured under the Approved List include the provision, management, operation and maintenance of an appropriately permitted Delivery Point for the acceptance and final disposal of Asbestos.
