Description

This is an early market notification to advise that Hanover Housing Association are planning to go out to tender during February/March 2018 for regional contracts to deliver planned maintenance and investment works. The contracts will include the following key activities:

Interior and exterior cyclical decorations
Window and door installations & replacements
Kitchen and bathroom replacements
Electrical heating works
Communal lighting replacements
Fire alarm and other fire safety installations (incl. fire stopping works)
TV aerial installations
External areas installation and refurbishments (e.g. roofing, fencing, paths and roads)
Flooring works
Associated electrical and plumbing works (excl. domestic heating installations)

The Contracts will be let as 4 individual lots, reflecting the 4 operating regions within Hanover. At this stage we estimated the value per region to be £30m over a 10 year contract length / £3m per annum

Hanover intend to publish this opportunity in late February / early march 2018 and the Contracts are planned to go live in April 2019. The tender process followed will be Competitive Dialogue.

It is anticipated the contracts will be 10 years in length and based on the JCT Measured Term Contract.
