Description
This Opportunity is for the establishment of a suitable 5 year maximum term Framework Agreement for the provision of decked parking solutions, for the West Midland Combined Authority's (WMCA) Park and Ride facilities. As new land for the expansion of Park and Ride facilities is in short supply in the WMCA area, decked parking may become the preferred solution, to satisfy the requirement for additional parking provision at existing Rail, Bus and Metro facilities and also for new locations.
A separate framework is required due to the specialist nature of this product.
Once suitable contractors are qualified to the framework, each call-off will normally be awarded via a suitable mini competition process.
Please see the WMCA's BravoSolution e-tendering portal for further details and to apply (https://wmca.bravosolution.co.uk). In order to submit a compliant bid, contractors should complete the Supplier Selection Questionnaire (SSQ) in full (BravoSolution ref: pqq_78) and the Invitation to Tender (BravoSolution ref: itt_407) documentation contained in the Technical and Commercial Envelopes both by the closing date of 1200 noon on 10th April 2017. Responses to the SSQ will be evaluated first and only those that have been completed satisfactorily and included all supporting documentation will have their tender opened and evaluated.
Tenders are being evaluated on the basis of 70/30 price/quality and it is in the intention that either 1, 3 or 4 contractors are qualified to the Framework Agreement.
