The successful Bidder is expected to provide the core Food Waste Treatment Services and/or Garden Waste Treatment Services outlined in this document including but to limiting to:
o Lot 1: to provide treatment for all of the separate food waste that is collected at the kerbside from householders and a small number of businesses.
o Lot 2: provide treatment for all of the separate garden waste that is collected at the kerbside from householders and from its recycling and reuse centre.
