The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.

This is a voluntary notice in relation to a contract for community health services which fall within Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.

All registered pharmacies within the Borough are invited to join the Contract and advertising will also be carried out via the Local Pharmacy Committee.
