Description

The Council wishes to commission integrated services for the provision of statutory advocacy for eligible individuals across Staffordshire.
The Council invites suppliers to tender for an integrated approach to the coordination and delivery of a range of statutory advocacy services outlined below:
• Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA)
• Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA) and Paid Representatives
• Care Act Advocacy
• Prison Care Act Advocacy
• Independent NHS Complaints Advocacy Service (ICAS)
This is to include a single point of access that enables effective referral of individuals to the appropriate support or service required.
Tenderers may submit as a provider or lead provider in the form of a consortia, or partnership arrangement or through sub-contracting arrangements with other organisations to deliver all of the service requirements within the Service Specification.
The tender opportunity will be undertaken through the Authority's e-tendering system Proactis https://supplierlive.proactisp2p.com. Suppliers should register onto the system by completing their details first before registering their interest to this opportunity under reference SREQ1000209 Staffordshire County Council Title SCHG00163 Integrated Advocacy Services.
Suppliers must have track record and experience in providing advocacy services of this type and demonstrate the ability to be able to deliver the integrated service across the proposed contract area. Suppliers must possess the Advocacy Quality Performance Mark (QPM) or equivalent quality standards/accreditation or working towards these.
