Description
Gateway Housing Association wish to appoint an experienced service provide to undertake grounds maintenance and tree works including grass cutting, hedge maintenance, flower and herbaceous bed and boarder maintenance, weed control, specialist tree works, on-going tree maintenance and other related works and services as required by Gateway Housing Association.
Services are required at approximately 65 sites within the London Boroughs of Tower Hamlets, Hackney and Newham.
It is intended that the contract established following the procurement will run for an initial term of three years, extendable for a further term of two years via annual extensions. Any extension will be at the discretion of Gateway HA. The estimated contract value is c. £100k per annum (excluding VAT).
