Description

This framework aims to appoint up to 18 consultants per discipline, per region, to provide coverage to our clients in two regions; CPC (the North of England, the Midlands and Anglia) and LSE (London and South East).

Clerk of Works
Quantity Surveyor
Employers Agent
Planning Consultants
Principal Designer
Project Manager
Structural Engineer
Civil Engineer
Multi-disciplinary services

We encourage applications from a broad supply base, including emerging as well as established businesses, diverse in ethnicity, gender, socio-economic backgrounds and experience and a range of business models (such as partnerships and consortiums). . LHC anticipate appointing up to six micro-enterprises, six small companies and six medium/large companies for each of the 12 Lots. In determining the final number of appointments per Lot, LHC will consider the number and nature of bids received, indications and forecasts of clients' future work programmes, and any delays or risks due to Covid-19 and any other unpredicted market or economic events.
