Description
Health Education England (HEE - the Commissioner) are putting out this notice as a PIN (Prior Information Notice) with a view to completing a Direct Award. Please note that this is not a Tender opportunity and that the contracting authority intends to direct award the contract to the following providers London South Bank University; Sheffield Hallam University; University of Salford; University of Huddersfield and University of Coventry.
This is to maintain programme continuity and to upscale delivery through the five Trust sites across the seven Regions which have been identified, it is proposed we retain the current providers for the next 3 years in order maintain a high level of service provision. This will support the continuity of training to students in line with the AP-MH Curriculum and Framework who are accredited by the by the Centre for Advancing Practice as they are seen as the only organisation capable of providing support such as to meet specific requirements to support Advanced Practice Mental Health Training Course.
Heath Education England [HEE] believe that London South Bank University; Sheffield Hallam University; University of Salford; University of Huddersfield and University of Coventry are the only provider organisation to support the continued development, delivery and management of the Advanced Practice, Mental Health Training Course.
The financial envelope for the contract is £2,160,000.
