Electrical Distribution Network Maintenance
The University of Birmingham (referred to as the "Employer" for the purposes of consistency) wishes to enter into a Commitment Contract (the "Contract") for the provision of services which will ensure that its Electrical Distribution Network ("Electrical Network") is maintained and repaired to the highest quality standards and to ensure the highest standards for the availability for use. Accordingly, the Employer is seeking competitive Tenders ("Tenders") from suitably qualified contractors ("Contractors") in response to this Invitation to Tender ("ITT") with a view to awarding a Contract to a single Contractor, for the provision of Electrical Distribution network maintenance Services ("Services") for its entire Electrical distribution network.
