Description

The primary aim of the project is to undertake structural redamation works to the Nano buildings link bridge. The remediation works will involve the demolition of existing curtain walls, internal and external finishes to enable the existing steel frame to be made remediated. On completion of the structural remediation, the curtain walls, roof coverings and internal and external finishes will be replaced.

The key work items are as follows:
-Pre-commencement building services surveys
-Demolition of the curtain walling, internal and external finishes.
-Structural remediation of the existing steel frame.
-Reinstatement of new curtain walling, internal and external finishes.
