ESCC relocation from office space it currently occupies. This contract relates to the fit out works necessary to allow occupation by the operational teams.

This includes:

7th & part 6th Floor Offices.
Demolition of existing stud partitions to form an open space office layout. Installation of new metal studwork to form new meeting rooms, new suspended ceiling, general redecoration works, new kitchenette, DDA wc, plumbing, carpet throughout, new lighting throughout, fire alarm, power and data. New mechanical ventilation, colling and heating throughout.
