Description

Shropshire Council own an Agricultural estate of approximately 280 hectares. The freehold properties comprise 16 smallholdings of between 7.68 acres and 107.36 acres and 3 cottages. There are an additional 3 units which are leasehold.
The Council is seeking to procure a single organisation who can provide specialist expertise to undertake Rural Estate Management Services for the Council's rural small holding and land assets. The contract will commence on 1st April 2019 for a 3 year period; with an option for the Council to extend for a further two years.
