Description
Warrington Borough Council invites expressions of interest from experienced Extracare Care and Support providers at three Extracare schemes:
Harpers Road Extracare Scheme, Padgate, Warrington (97 units).
Mosslands, Gorse Covert, Warrington (49 units).
Ryfields Retirement Village, Orford, Warrington (243 units).
These are presented as three lots. We welcome bids for two or three lots which offer a joint service delivery model and additional economies on cost.
Care and Support shall be provided in Harpers Road and Ryfields 24 hours per day. Care and Support shall be provided in Mosslands from 8am-10pm, 7 days per week. We welcome providers which could in addition offer domiciliary care in the local community.
