Description

Youth Promise Plus is a Birmingham and Solihull Employment Pathway project supported by the European Social Fund and youth Employment Initiative.
The aim of project is to create an employer and vacancy-led approach to employment and skills provision, responding to the needs of disadvantaged young people in the local jobs market.
Healthcare represents one of the biggest employment sectors in the "Greater Birmingham and Solihull Local Enterprise Partnership" area. UHB has significant experience of pre-employment training, the Learning Hub has to date enabled over 2300 unemployed people to take up jobs. UHB and The Princes Trust are working together in the delivery of the "Get into Hospital Services" programme.

The contract will be awarded for 2 years, the maximum budget available will be £10,000 excluding vat.
