Description

The Authority wishes to appoint an experienced playground and landscape contractor
for the construction of a New playground at Carville Hall Park North, Carville Crescent,
Brentford, Middlesex and a New playground at Hawthorn Hatch Park, Hawthorn Hatch
Road, Brentford, Middlesex.
The Tenderer is advised that this procurement (Lot 2) is the second Lot of two Lots that
the Council wishes to procure.
Tenderers who bid on Lot 1 are invited to offer a percentage discount in the event that
there were successful on both lots. The discount is to be stated on the Form of Tender.
It should be noted that the discount will not initially be used in the price evaluation
tenders received..
