Construction of a building circa 1,160 sqm to house 2 GP surgeries and a pharmacy, plus associated car parking and landscaping. The project is currently being managed by consultants RPS and the CCG, with funding provided by NHS England. Stoke-on-Trent City Council will be the contracting party and will retain the land and building on completion. For information, the budget available for this project is in the region of approximately £3.2m (including all Contractors design & construct fees & testing).
