Description

The Council is currently reviewing whether there is a commercially viable model to partner in the delivery of a café at its crematorium on Huntingdon Road. As part of that option appraisal, the council is seeking to understand: • If such an operation would be considered commercial viable by the industry, and, if so • What would the operating and contractual model look like? Please advise your preferred option commercial arrangement for example: • Full market rent • Subsidised/Stepped rent and open book share of gross turnover • Open book share of gross turnover • What food offer would you deem to be most suitable for this market? • What would you expect annual customer numbers to be?
