Description

This contract has already been awarded and is published for transparency purposes only.

This contract amendment is to enact option year three of the Discounted Homes for Sale Pilot Project.
It also updates the eligibility criteria for the Discounted Homes for Sale Pilot Programme and provides additional neighbourhood planning support to neighbourhood planning groups in urban and deprived areas, in the form of Additional Grant and Technical Support, within the existing contract.
The maximum amount allowed for Basic Grant Funding under this contract is increased by an additional £1,000. (Maximum grant payment available as previously £9,000, this amendment increases to £10,000.) This is to account for the extra costs for engagement that are being incurred due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.
