In compliance with the statutory regulation for checks through the DBS application, the council is looking to renew the current system and would like to invite interested providers of solution to Demo their system as part of our commissioning process in deciding


What is e.Bulk? e.Bulk is an electronic administrative application system which allows applicants requiring DBS clearance to submit their personal data securely online to the Disclosure and Barring Service.

It is important to maintain the balance between cost efficiency and quality of service delivery. ActionHR has a responsibility to both Kingston, Sutton and Merton Councils to ensure that the processing of DBS checks are timely, accurate and cost effective. Quality advice and guidance to key clients such as schools is considered the norm and any future solution needs to address how it best satisfies customer expectations.
