Description

Southend on Sea Borough Council is looking for a suitable contractor to undertake periodic servicing and maintenance of fire alarm systems, emergency lighting and nurse call equipment to specified public buildings within the borough of Southend-on-Sea.

The contract will include a planned service and maintenance schedule as well as a schedule of rates for repairs and new works.

The contractor will need to be able to provide a 24 hour response to call outs.
The contract is to also include the provision of fire alarm monitoring for unattended specified properties within the borough of Southend-on-Sea.
The contractor will need to be able to provide a 24 hour response to call outs. All potential contractors must be NICEIC qualified & registered, NSI Fire Gold Certified, Fire Industry Association (FIA) qualified & registered, hold BAFE SP203 Third Party Certification or the Loss Prevention Council (LPS) 1014 scheme
