Description

The University of East Anglia (UEA) has a Lead Creative Agency who is responsible for it's main marketing recruitment campaigns. However, there is a need to appoint suppliers who would be used outside the main agency agreement and these would take up ad hoc and reactive works, or works where a full service agency approach may not be required.

The University of East Anglia (UEA) is seeking to appoint suppliers to form a Marketing Supplier Framework to work with the University from the Autumn, 2019. This framework will be managed by ARM or associated specialist UEA managers (i.e. print). In addition to it being used across the ARM department, it will also be open for use across the entire university. This tender covers seven lots and suppliers may participate in offering services across multiple lots:

Lot 1 - Design
Lot 2 - Video and animation
Lot 3 - Photography
Lot 4 - Copywriting and Proof reading
Lot 5 -Microsites
Lot 6 - Print, Exhibitions and Temporary Signage
Lot 7 - Promotional Merchandise
