Description
Northumberland County Council is seeking to create a Flexible Purchasing Solution (FPS) to develop housing and support services for vulnerable young people aged 16 to 25. Whilst the overall aim is to prevent youth homelessness and a planned pathway to independent living, there is a specific focus on 16 to 21 year-old care leavers and young people aged 16 or 17 who are homeless and deemed to be Children in Need. This includes Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking young people.
The procurement approach is following the Light Touch Regime under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 Open Procedure.
