Description

Option A - To carry out the annual servicing of all of the Landlord's Gas Appliances, Renewables and Electric Boilers and equipment and carrying out annual safety checks as per Appendix A.
Option B - To include the annual servicing of all of the Landlord's Gas Appliances as per Appendix A but to include a 3 Star Service Inclusive rate for all domestic servicing, gas safety inspections, breakdowns, and repairs arising on an annual basis within any domestic property covered under this contract, irrespective of the type and number of Hightown owned and/or managed appliances and systems contained therein
The decision for which option to proceed with will be determined first on review of the Pricing. You can price for just one option but if that option is not taken forward then you will no longer be part of the process so best to price for best options.
