2.1.1 The HS2 Ltd Arts and Culture team would like to deliver a series of high design value drinking water refill units for public realm areas of HS2 Ltd's Phase One stations. At the current time, HS2 Ltd would like to commission the design of the units through a design competition. This contract is for a supplier to provide technical support to HS2 Ltd throughout this process.
