Description

The West Yorkshire Combined Authority (WYCA) is currently developing an Energy Strategy and Delivery Plan for the Leeds City Region (LCR) in partnership with the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy.

The Energy Strategy and Delivery Plan is split into four discrete Work Packages and this tender relates to Work Package 3. The purpose of this commission is to understand the broad geographical locations where 14 energy technologies could potentially be located in the LCR.
