Description
Decoration & remedial works are required fascia, soffit and guttering on Rivers House, Bridgwater.
Work required
• Decorate fascia, soffits on North side and Rear elevation of the building within the designated area on River House.
• Repair or replaces as needed guttering/down pipes on North side and Rear elevation of the building where necessary within the designated area as marked on plans.
• Consideration must be given to use environmentally friendly products; products data sheet for any products to be used will need to be submitted prior to work commencing.
This is work will involve working at height the roofline is approximately 9.5 meters from the ground.
We will require the quotation to be itemised for each of the above actions and by building face as the work may need to be part of an actioned priority list.
The Property
The property comprises of a two storey office facility which is constructed of faced brickwork with pitched, hipped and gable end roofs over the main office. The pitched roofs comprise of concrete interlocking tiles with half round concrete ridge tiles to the hips and main ridge line of the roof. The building has timber soffits and facias with plastic rainwater goods.
