Description

The Council is inviting competitive proposals for the refurbishment of Woodside Industrial Estate.

Promoting enterprise and entrepreneurship is a key element of delivering managed growth in Solihull. Supporting and enabling new business growth is critical both for creating new employment and self-employment opportunities, and encouraging innovation and diversification into the local economy. Woodside Industrial Estate is located close to Babbs Mill, backing onto woodland and set behind housing. The site consists of 7 units, ranging in size from 401 sq ft to 413 sq ft. The whole estate is just over 2,000 sq ft. The Estate is a class B1 light industrial unit.
