Description

Proud to Learn (PTL) part of Gloucestershire County Council (The Council) is looking to procure a Commercial off the Shelf (COTS, Learning Management System (LMS) to host E-Learning courses and host a course booking system. The Proud to Learn platform is the main system used by the Council to support external Adult Social Care (ASC) providers and support services to complete mandatory e-learning and essential face to face training.
For the avoidance of doubt we are not procuring a development contract i.e. bidders must have an existing solution which meets our requirement at the time of bidding.
