Description
Northumberland County Council is seeking to appoint a contractor to undertake refurbishment and damp proofing to 3 houses in East Hartford, Northumberland, as described in the schedule of works.
The best way for tenderers to inspect the three properties at East Hartford will during an open day. The inspections will allow contractors to fully assess the works and take measurements to produce accurate costs.
The contractors can make an appointment with a member of the project team below and confirm attendance in two hour time slots commencing at 8:00am on 12th July. To book you slot, please contact, prior to 30th June 2023. (if this time is not convenient, the team may be able to find you an alternative appointment)
