Description

The Development and Sales team have a requirement for a RICS Valuer panel. The panel will be comprised of 2 to 4 Valuers per Lot on a ranked basis. The contract will be split into two lots, which can be applied to in isolation or in unison. This accommodates for the valuation and reporting for new build schemes. As well as our Buyback programme and Right to Buy / Acquire properties.

Duration - the agreement will run for a period of TWO years, with an option to extend for TWO further 12-month periods, subject to satisfactory performances and annual review.

Mandatory requirement - All tenderers must provide valid RICS Valuer certification as part of their submission. Valuations need to comply with homes England capital funding guide and Government legislation requirements at the relevant time of the services being provided.

Valuation requests will mainly be in the Wythenshawe area and surrounding boroughs, but delivery capacity will be required for Manchester, Trafford, Salford, Tameside, Cheshire East, Cheshire West, Warrington and Stockport.
