Description
Great Yarmouth Preservation Trust invites Contractors, with a proven track record of working on Listed Buildings and with Charities, to tender for Phase 1 (enabling) works at The Iron Duke, Jellicoe Road, Great Yarmouth.
The Project has an anticipated construction budget of £ 150,000.00 following successful NLHF funding approval and aims to be on site at the end of July 2025.
Interested Contractors should be able to clearly demonstrate their ability to form a cohesive working relationship with the client, design team and adopt an open book form of accounting.
All expressions of interest should be made by email and received on or before Wednesday 25th June and sent to Ben Moore [ben@gcba.co.uk]. A prequalification questionnaire alongside a Pre-Construction Information pack will then be issued with a response required within working ten days.
