Description
Eurostat are introducing a new framework regulation for social statistics, (IESS- Integrated European Social Statistics) in January 2021 which will require changes to the existing UK Labour Force Survey questionnaire in order to become compliant. The Project is a dedicated split-sample pilot test to assess the effect of the EU-required questionnaire changes on UK employment/unemployment time series before the implementation of the revised EU regulation. This information is required prior to the transition to the new EU regulation in January 2021.
The supplier will be provided with the new and existing questionnaires to test, all the necessary advance materials and the sample. It is expected that the supplier will be free to propose the detailed fieldwork design (survey mode, collection method and field periods) to carry out the field collection, and to QA and deliver the data to ONS.
The Authority will be conducting this tender via the CCS Research Market Place DPS. If you are interested in this opportunity and are not currently registered on the DPS, please see the following link for information on how to register. You will be required to have registered on the DPS prior to the 14th October 2019.
