Description

This commission is to undertake research on prevention and early intervention activities and programmes. It should explore opportunities and make recommendations on maximising multi-agency working at a local level. The methodology for the research will in the first instance need identifying and agreeing. The research then would then need to focus on fully mapping existing provision, identifying good practice and lessons learnt from both district wide programmes and those further afield. It should also take into consideration the scalability of the programme.
