Cefas is looking to hire technical personnel capable of deploying, maintaining and providing processed data for interpretation using the Edgetech 2000 2-15kHz 'chirper' system mounted on an instrument cage, deployed through a 'moon pool' mid-ships. This requirement is to deliver a final data product and provide a product in a format that allows a Cefas on board scientist to interpret the sub-bottom profile and derive further additional run lines and / or sampling locations for seabed imagery survey whilst on board. It is important that the product allows the placement of camera stations, preferably along a specified orientation, coincident with features of exposed rock / hard substrate.
