Description

Liverpool City Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced and competent providers to commission a new Parent-Infant Attachment and Wellbeing Service (PAWS) to support vulnerable women and families with mental health and relationship attachment needs during the perinatal period.

This service is an integrated perinatal mental health and parent-infant mental health attachment and bonding service uniting these two separate functions with a shift towards prevention and early intervention. The service will be expected to provide support to women, families, and partners within the first 3 years after birth with the majority of referrals accepted weighted towards under 2 years.
