Description
A block of storage sheds, 7-12 Barnhill Court, Welbeck Avenue, Hayes UB4 9HA, suffered fire damage in late 2018. Several of the sheds need to be almost completely rebuilt, others need smoke damage to be cleaned and lesser repairs. Also the rear elevation of all the sheds was formed of plywood: where this still exists and in the sheds where it burned, it should be replaced with brick.
Prospective contractors should carry out their own site visit before quoting.
The shed block has Heras fencing around the damaged areas but the extent of the works can be clearly seen.
